What is the warranty period?

As a Leading Cable TV Providers in Sri Lanka we give life time warranty for our digital set-top boxes. Lightning & Physical Damage will be not covered.

How would I get connected?

When you book a connection with ASK Cable Vision you get the below equipments;

*Digital Set-Top Box & Cable
*HDMI Connectivity Cable
*Remote Controller & other necessities

Your main cable will be pulled from our closest wire/poles and the set-top box will be installed at your home which will be connected to your television to ensure uninterrupted service. The complete installation process will be taken by our specialized technical team.

Is ASK Cable Vision available across the island?

How does cable TV network work?

Cable television is a system that delivers television programming to the users via radio frequency (RF) signals transmitted through coaxial cables, or with recent technological updates, light pulses through fibre-optic cables.

What if I don't see any channels or message when I on my television?

Please ensure that you have selected the right input based on how ASK Cable Vision Digital Set Top Box being connected to your Television.

(i.e. AV input or HDMI input)

OR

Please do make sure that your ASK Cable Vision Set Top box being switched on or connected the power source appropriately.

How else I can make a complain?

You can fill out the complaint form on the website and submit the complain or you can download our App and login with your account number and make your complain.

How do I make a complain via a SMS?

Type ‘COM < Space > Your Complain’ and send it to 071 8 300 300.

Can I pay online?

You can make your online payment through the below sources;

*You can download our app from Google Play Store and login with your Agreement Number and make your payment

*You can visit ‘www.paygo.lk’ and make your payment

How do I check my balance via SMS?

Type ‘BAL’ and send it to 071 8 300 300.

What if I have a problem or if I don't receive a channel at all?

Please be kind enough to auto tune your ASK Cable Vision Digital Set Top box by pressing the red button in the remote control for more than 3 seconds.

What if my remote controller doesn't work after a while?

Please be kind enough to check or replace the batteries.

What if my television gets struck while watching and if it doesn't accept any remote control commands?

Please be kind enough to switch off your plug point and restart it again.

What if I receive "No signal" message?

Please do ensure that your ASK Cable Vision Digital Set Top Box’s input cable being connected properly.

How do I make a complain?

You can call our Hotline – 011 4 300 300 and make your complain.

How can I connect the digital set-top box to my TV?

ASK Cable vision will provide HDMI cable to enjoy a high-quality experience but in case if the version of your television doesn’t have the HDMI port, the digital set-top box will be connected via RGB Cable.

You may not have to worry about this since this process also will be covered during the initial installation.

How do I have pay for my cable?

You may not have to pay for the first 20M and if your house is not within the reach of 20M you may have to for any additional length requirement.

I have lost or broken my set-top box remote. What can I do?

You can visit the closest ASK Cable Customer Service Center and you can collect your remote with a nominal fee.
